Artwork Production Policy.

Learn how your custom artwork moves from your initial booking to the finished creation.

1. Appointment Schedule

Plamedll schedules custom artwork consultations every other Saturday. Customers must use the available dates displayed in the official booking calendar. Appointment availability is limited to allow the artist to dedicate sufficient time to each commission.

2. The 30-Minute Consultation

Each appointment is a scheduled 30-minute phone call with Plamedi Otiom. During the call, the artist and customer discuss the reference image, requested dimensions, composition, artistic preferences, and other important details.

3. Required Reference Image

Customers must reply directly to their booking confirmation email and attach the photograph or reference image they want drawn.

Plamedll strongly requests that the image be sent as soon as possible before the scheduled call so the artist can review it and prepare for the discussion.

4. Starting the Artwork

The scheduled consultation day is also the intended day Plamedi Otiom begins working on the customer's design. Customers should be available at the scheduled time and provide the information needed to begin.

5. Estimated Production Period

Plamedll allows approximately two weeks from the consultation date to complete each standard commission.

This is an estimated production period, not an unconditional guarantee. Complexity, changes to the agreed concept, late reference submissions, missing information, and unexpected circumstances may affect completion.

6. Customer Cooperation

Customers should respond promptly if the artist requests clarification. Delayed responses or missing information may extend the production period.

7. Production Updates

Plamedll may provide updates during the creation process. Customers should not assume that daily updates or progress photographs are included unless separately agreed.

8. Completion

When the artwork is completed, Plamedll will notify the customer and communicate the remaining payment due before shipping.

9. Unexpected Delays

If an unexpected issue materially affects the estimated completion date, Plamedll will make reasonable efforts to inform the customer and provide an updated estimate.
